If you have any complaints about your service or your prescription, please call us so that we can help. We will resolve any issues to your satisfaction.

We take all complaints seriously and use any patient suggestions or complaints to put processes in place to make our services better.

For Complaints or Grievances: Call 855-790-0100 and ask to speak with a manager.

These complaints will be documented and handled in a professional manner. If our pharmacists are unable to resolve your concern, the pharmacy manager shall be notified as soon as reasonably possible and an investigation shall be initiated within 72 hours after being made aware of an incident, variance or unusual occurrence and you will be

informed of the outcome by telephone or in writing.

You have the right to freely voice grievances and recommended changes in care or services without fear of reprisal or unreasonable interruption of services.
