You may drop off or mail your prescription to us. Your physician can call, e-script, or fax us a new prescription. If you have never received a prescription from us before, please be sure to have your pharmacy insurance information and allergy information on hand when we call.
Please call us at 855-790-0100 to refill your prescription. You may also email us or leave a voicemail. You may also use our online form to request someone to contact your about a refill request. Please allow 24-48 hours for us to compound your medication and ship it to you. Someone will ususally follow-up with you to confirm all of your shipping and payment details.
OUT OF REFILLS:
We would be happy to contact your physician to request additional refills. Keep in mind this can take time, as most physicians are unable to respond to these requests the same day. Please contact us a few days earlier before running out of medication to ensure your physician has time to get back to us.

We provide shipping free of charge. If you are away from home, we would be happy to ship your prescription to any location in the United States. We will contact you once we process your prescription to coordinate shipping.
